Now that summer is winding down and the kids are back in school we find ourselves consuming warm and spicier flavors. Flavors for perfect fall cocktails usually include a variety of different spices like vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom. And of course every food and beverage brand has a fall flavor like pumpkin spice.

The weather starts to get cooler and these warm spices are a welcomed change from the very cold and refreshing drinks of summer. Many fruits are no longer in season and don’t taste the same as they did when they were fresh and ripe.

Here are two different perfect fall cocktails that can be easily prepared by anyone at home. Both of these drinks could also be prepared warm for those cooler days. They might even make a nice holiday treat to share with friends and family.
